Me and my boyfriend attended the Wim Hof Experience at the Glass House Retreat a couple of weekends ago, and we had the most transformative and relaxing weekend. The experience with Wim Hof instructor Ravi, and partner, pilates instructor Paris, was so wonderful and enlightening - the pair are really special. Genuinely the most disarming, warm and lovely people. They created what felt like a sacred, safe space for everyone...The facilities are kept spotless, and we made good use of the natural pond, the swimming pool, the gym and the Himalayan salt bath and the outdoor sauna – everything felt state of the art!.We would 100% recommend Glass House Retreat to anyone looking for a unique and top-tier wellness experience, and we would definitely return. We had the best time!
I had the best time at The Glass House Retreat as always. This time it was a more structured visit (Wim Hof Method Weekend) which was challenging mentally for me.
The Retreat itself was amazing. The food beautiful. The facilities perfect. The staff were just so lovely and caring. I'm counting down the weeks until my next visit in March 2024 - this time I finally saved up for a five-night stay!
I had the most wonderful weekend at Glasshouse Retreat. The spa and rooms are exceptional. The vegan food was super tasty and there is a vast menu to suit all tastes...Amazing talented and friendly staff...The Wim Hof weekend was lead by Ravi and his partner Paris, who were brilliant, the most amazing souls, you couldn't ask for better guidance through this weekend. Breathwork, ice baths and sound baths, there is nothing I now can't conquer...I cannot recommend this weekend or the spa enough..Thankyou glasshouse for hosting this amazing weekend.
I have been to this retreat twice in two months. Once for an overnight stay and once for a day. I cannot rate this place high enough, it is exactly what you need when you just need that time to slow down, relax, refresh and focus on your wellbeing for a bit. A fantastic place for trying new things be that exercise/classes, mindfulness, cryotherapy or natural ponds. It’s my happy place and I’m already booking another stay for the summer.
Fantastic place - this is my second visit to the glass house retreat, and I can’t wait to go back! Never did I think it could exceed the first time, but it did! I took part in more classes, I bonded with other people staying at the retreat, and really embraced all the lovely vegan food. The staff can’t do enough for you and are ever so friendly.
Loved every bit of my experience. My body started detoxing after first meal. Variety of meals, made from scratch and prepped on the day, fresh and super tasty. Lots of great activities throughout the day for you to get involve with, everything clean with great amenities.
We went for Swedish massage and it was pure bliss our therapist was amazing.
We stayed for 2 nights and it was so much fun. You will be seeing us very soon again simply because you cannot get enough of this place.
This place is hands down the best Spa retreat I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. Staff very welcoming and efficient. Flawless checkin and super organized. Food was phenomenal so delicious. Exceptionally clean. Beautifully decorated. So much to do, or do nothing and relax. Whatever you need they have it. They really have thought of everything. Amazing place located in country with great views. Loved loved loved it.
Had a lovely time at the glasshouse retreat with my parents. The grounds are lovely and the staff are amazing! They made us feel at home and we had everything we needed there. The wellness team were absolutely amazing and they were always at hand to help - big shout out to Dot, Rhiannon and Ted who is the chef there but also does cooking demos. The food was all delicious and a great variety to choose from whether you want to do juice fasts or eat healthier meals.
I had a lovely experience here with my mum for a girls weekend! We joined almost every class/session; meditation, sound baths, food demo, dance class, introduction to taro, Pilates, cycling, morning walks.
This is really the best spot to relax and unwind. There are lots of spa treatments available, we tried the cryotherapy which was very cold but also completely alleviated my muscle stiffness!
The food in the retreat is all plant-based and I loved that there was so many dishes to choose from. I would definitely visit again, and perhaps bring my whole family next time.
