We’re not here to preach or bark orders at you. The Glass House is what you make it, and you can always do as much or as little as you please, without expectations or guilt.
If you feel like a personal training session rather than a group class, that’s fine. If you feel like staying in the pool or chilling on a lounger, no problem. Our wellness team are on hand to help you get the most from your experience, so whether you know exactly what you want to achieve during your stay or you're open to opportunities, you'll leave feeling fulfilled and rejuvenated.
